Who we are

Attribution Express is a product of CloudAttribution. For anything in this notice, contact peter.simmons@attributionexpress.com.

This site does not track you

There are no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party scripts on this website. If you do not use the form, we do not collect anything about you beyond the ordinary server logs any web host keeps.

What we collect, and only if you send it

If you complete the registration form, we receive:

• your name, work email address and firm;
• your role, an approximate number of portfolios, and your message, if you choose to give them;
• whether you want the free first month;
• the IP address and browser the form was submitted from, which we keep only to spot automated abuse.

Why we have it, and on what basis

To contact you about Attribution Express and to act on your feedback. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time and we will delete your details.

We will not use your details for anything else, and we will not send you unrelated marketing.

Where it is kept, and who can see it

In the United Kingdom. The form is received and processed by a service running in Microsoft Azure's UK West region, and what you send is stored there, in our own subscription. Only CloudAttribution staff can read it. We do not sell it, share it, or pass it to any third party, and we use no external mailing or marketing platform.

The pages of this website are delivered through a global content network, as most websites are. That affects only the delivery of the page itself — no information you send us is processed or stored outside the United Kingdom.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or two years after you send it if we have had no contact with you in the meantime — whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent. Email the address above and we will act on it. If you are not satisfied with how we handle that, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
